Tyler, The Creator’s Chromakopia has debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, earning the biggest debut sales of his career 299,500 equivalent units, according to Billboard.  Of that figure, 157,000 came from on-demand streams (which totaled 212.55 million), while album sales accounted for 142,000 (the remaining 500 was from track equivalent album units).

Chromakopia has the second highest tally of any rap album this year, behind only the commercial release of Travis Scott‘s 2014 mixtape Days Before Rodeo

Chromakopia also marks Tyler’s third consecutive #1 album on the Billboard 200. He previously earned top debuts with critically acclaimed “IGOR” (2019) and “Call Me If You Get Lost” (2021), both won Best Rap Album at the Grammy Awards.
