New Kids on the Block gearing up for ‘final encore’ of Las Vegas residency

New Kids on the Block are giving their Las Vegas residency a final makeover as they gear up for its last stretch. The group announced an updated version of their show, The Right Stuff Remixed, set to take over the remaining 16 performances at Dolby Live at Park MGM.

In an Instagram video posted by Donnie Wahlberg, the goal is to make the closing run feel special and different, even for returning fans. The revamped production will feature a refreshed setlist, updated wardrobe, and new interactive moments designed to bring the audience closer to the action. Each night will also include a fan-selected song, along with added surprises like a piano-driven take on one of their hits.

The reimagined residency promises a mix of new material, remixes, and enhanced fan experiences. It continues the celebration of the group’s lasting influence since their rise in the late 1980s, offering fans one more chance to relive the energy of their live shows in a unique setting.

The final performances are scheduled for June 19 through July 4, with additional dates from October 2 through October 17. These shows are expected to be the group’s only live appearances through 2026 and 2027, making this Vegas run a rare opportunity to see them on stage before a break from touring.

Wahlberg noted that these final 16 performances are fans’ last chance to see the group until 2028, because they won’t be touring in 2027. He also reveals that each night the audience will get to choose a song, and he teases a piano arrangement of one of their hits.
